Eaton’s high reliability power transient voltage suppression (TVS) diodes provide overvoltage protection with very fast response times, low clamping voltage and high peak current capability across a host of electronic equipment. They are AEC-Q101 qualified and are available in both surface mount and radial/thru-hole footprints and utilize silicon avalanche technology for excellent protection against damaging transient surges, from ESD up to induced lightning. |

Eaton’s PTSA family of resettable PTC fuses are polymeric positive temperature coefficient overcurrent protection devices. They offer low resistances and fast time-to-trip performance with hold currents ranging from 100 mA to 2.6 A and voltage ratings above 13 V ideal for typical automotive circuitry. These fuse families are all offered in four surface-mount printed circuit board (PCB) footprints from 0805 up to 1812 with AEC-Q200 qualification. |

This product family is available in surface mount printed circuit board packages in 11 x 4.5 mm footprint. The high voltage ratings and SMD package help reduce required PCB space.
