Eaton automotive TVS diodes

Eaton’s high reliability power transient voltage suppression (TVS) diodes provide overvoltage protection with very fast response times, low clamping voltage and high peak current capability across a host of electronic equipment. They are AEC-Q101 qualified and are available in both surface mount and radial/thru-hole footprints and utilize silicon avalanche technology for excellent protection against damaging transient surges, from ESD up to induced lightning.

PTSA (Automotive Rated PTC Resettable Fuse) Glass coated NTC thermistors

Eaton’s PTSA family of resettable PTC fuses are polymeric positive temperature coefficient overcurrent protection devices. They offer low resistances and fast time-to-trip performance with hold currents ranging from 100 mA to 2.6 A and voltage ratings above 13 V ideal for typical automotive circuitry. These fuse families are all offered in four surface-mount printed circuit board (PCB) footprints from 0805 up to 1812 with AEC-Q200 qualification.

Automotive MLV (Varistor) Multilayer Varistors

Eaton’s Automotive AMLV multi-layer varistors are transient voltage surge suppression devices designed to suppress a variety of transient events, including those specified in IEC 61000-4-2 and other standards used for electromagnetic compliance. They are available in a variety of voltage ranges in order to provide high reliability protection in numerous applications on the power supply, control and signal lines.

High Voltage Automotive Fuses
1145HVA

Eaton Bussmann Series 1145HVA fast-acting fuses provide reliable overcurrent protection up to 5A for high voltage applications. This product family is available in surface mount printed circuit board packages in 11 x 4.5 mm footprint. The high voltage ratings and SMD package help reduce required PCB space. The 1145HVA is AEC-Q200 qualified, which is ideally suited for the latest xEV powertrains and applications.
